- Serial number is mandatory for Melian products. Without a valid serial no., warranty claims will not be processed
- Pack all theĀ products properly in One single box to avoid anyĀ transit-related damage.
- Please send back all accessories received along with the product to avoid any delays in the claim.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs for inbound warranty claims.
