NAC Smooth Seal Fork Lube is blended to lift contaminants from the seal area, leave a protective thin film and restore smooth, consistent fork performance. The advanced formula helps repel moisture and road spray while remaining thin enough not to attract grit, so your stanchions stay cleaner and seals last longer.
Formulated for all-weather performance, Smooth Seal works reliably on dusty trails and in wet, muddy conditions, and remains effective across a wide temperature range. The product is suitable for coil and air-sprung forks, and can also be used on rear suspension and dropper seatposts where light lubrication of the stanchions or posts is needed.
Application is quick: wipe stanchions clean, apply a few drops above each fork seal, pump the suspension 5–10 times until dirt shows on the stanchions, then wipe clean and repeat until no residue remains. Finish by applying a thin layer across the stanchions with a tissue or cloth to leave the protective film. Regular use (every 2–3 months or after particularly dirty rides).

Warranty Requirements
Please ensure all three requirements below are met for us to process your warranty claim:
- Please email/WhatsApp us the pictures of the product to be duly validated to support@madoverbiking.com/ 9315376395 along with the order ID/invoice.
- Serial number is mandatory for Melian products. Without a valid serial no., warranty claims will not be processed
- Pack all the products properly in One single box to avoid any transit-related damage.
- Please send back all accessories received along with the product to avoid any delays in the claim.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs for inbound warranty claims.
